Sales Policies
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
Please make sure you are entering in the correct shipping address at checkout. If you accidentally submit the wrong address, email me ASAP as our processing time is typically shorter than the 3-5 business days we have posted. I will change the address on my end. If your package ships before you contact me to change your address, you will have to contact the post office as it will be out of my hands. If your package is returned, we can offer to schedule a free local pickup or you must cover shipping costs to have it sent to the correct address. We are a small business and cannot afford to incur costs for mistakes we aren't responsible for.
Once an item is marked delivered by the shipping service, I am unable to offer replacements or refunds for lost or stolen goods. It is now considered to be in your hands (unless it was returned to me and I picked it up). Please contact your local post office to submit a lost/stolen package claim.
If you suspect your package is lost in the mail, please contact your local post office to submit a lost package claim.
If your package arrives damaged, please send me an email with photo proof. Then submit a claim to the post office and we will work together to get you some replacements sent out *if I still have the materials available.* If the materials aren't available and the product can't be remade I will offer you a gift card to our shop with the full amount that you paid for your damaged goods or you can request a refund for the amount of damaged goods.
